The site needed a stackable, FIG-interchangeable loop assembly that could absorb thermal expansion and pulsation between fracturing pumps and the wellhead while keeping pressure loss and sand erosion low under large-rate duty.

Steinhart products are manufactured in accordance with API 6A expectations for high-pressure oilfield service. We provide material certificates (including EN 10204 3.1 on request), heat-treatment records, NDT reports and hydrotest reports. Sour-service versions can be supplied to NACE MR0175 when H₂S conditions are specified at order.
Standard FIG1002/1502 hammer unions, tees and elbows are maintained in stock for controllable lead time. Export packing uses plywood cases or pallets to protect sealing faces and threads during container shipment.
